Japan Kanjani ∞ Map :: 2010.12.05 Tottori


Adventure Japan! Kanjani Map
               Tottori!!

This program is that Japanese singer, Kanjani , goes around Japan and introduced the local every Sunday morning.

I usually sleep in on Sunday mornings but I heard about information of this program.
So I watched it.

















Tottori is not big! :)


















Mr. Yokoyama and Tsubaru of Kanjani member went to Tottori.
The opening is Tottori Sand Dune!



















Mr. Tubaru appeared with the camel.



















His father’s home town is Tottori.




















First place is Kurayoshi that I live.

Here is Akagawara!




















It is rice cake Shabu-Shabu restaurant ‘Seisuian’.



















The old man is carrying on a five-generation family business.



















This building is on second floors and the age of this building ‘Seisuian’ is about 100 years.
I have been to Suisuian several times but I have never been to the 2nd floor.
Good~




















That is very popular menu, ‘rice cake Shabu-Shabu’.



















The rice cake of Seisuian is made by Tottori rice.



















Shiitake rice cake!



















Suisuian is very popular with Japanese but It may that rice cake doesn’t suit foreigner.





















They introduced crab for which Tottori is noted.
It called Tottori Matsu-gani and it is in season now.
Here is Sakaiminato city that you can meet GeGeGe-no-Kitaro and DBS ferry.




















It is very big and delicious!
Look at the price of extra-large size!



















They met Kitaro on the road. :)




















That is about a writer Mr. Mizuki-Shigeru who is famous for Manga in Japan.

Crab Shabu-Shabu



















Put Kani-miso( the insides of the crab) on blanched crab slightly.




















Look at their face! I can totally understand them!!




















And that is a bowl of rice topped with crabs!



















The program introduced about Tofu-chikuwa as well.
Tottori is close by the sea so there are lots of seafoods in the winter.




















If I have a chance to watch Tottori on TV, will introduce you!
