Let’s enjoy a variety of Udong in Nagomi-An(和庵)
Nagomi-An is behind the Kurayoshi station.
If you go to 179 national highway for about 10 minutes from Kurayoshi St .
They are open until 9:30.
Usually, Japanese restaurant is not big, but here Nagomi-An is quite big.
The service was great.
That restaurant has distinctive dishes on its menu.
There are many Udon including general Udon and Bu-Kake that put some sauce(Tu-Yu in Japanese) on Udon.
There are set menu that consists of half Udon and a bowl of rice topped of mini size.
The price is reasonable.
You can add topping what you want.
Beef Udon, Oyako Udon(put the chicken and eggs on Udon), Pot Udon etc..
It looks very delicious, it took a log time what to order.
I ordered fired crab meat Udon that is special menu in Nagomi-An.
Yummy!!
It was real crab meat! Wow~
The soup of Udon was very good!
It was my first time at this restaurant, very nice!
The noodle has a chewy texture.
The soup and noodle are perfect!
And my friend ordered No.1 menu, fried shirpm and rice cake Bu-Kake,.
I have never eaten Bu-Kake, so really excited.
My friend likes mushroom but that was not No.1.
So she just ordered fried rice cake Bu-Kake. :)
That was also looks very delicious.
There are put fried rice cake, shoot of white radish, some weed, blended white radish and ginger on Udon.
Serve the sauce(Tu-Yu) on Undo separately.
You can choose cold Bu-kake or hot Bu-kake when you order.
It was cold, so she ordered hot thing.
Lightly mix Undo~
The noodle is thicker than chopsticks.
And it has the best flavor and texture!!
But it hurt to sallow because there is nothing soup.
My friend wanted to eat another thing next time.
We were really satisfied with this restaurant, made point card even!! :)
