The soup of ‘Gotsuo’ tastes excellent.
I would like to recommend this restaurant,
if you think Japanese Ramen is salty and greasy.

‘Gotsuo’ Ramen makes soup stock out of sea bream head.
So the soup is white and good for your health as well.


















The secret of tastes is right sea bream!

You might think Japanese Ramen is greasy because the soup is made from bones of chickens, pigs and cows.

Ramen is made for a long time and very elaborate food.

It is not easy to gulp down Ramen soup due to a salty taste.
But in Gotsuo, you will continue to sip soup.





Special menu is ‘Gotsuo Siro Ramen’(ごっつお白ラーメン)

I would like to recommend Gotsuo Siro Ramen among the Gotsuo Ramen series.

The price is 700yen, it is reasonable.
It is added soy milk in normal Gotsuo Ramen.
The soup is very light, it is popular with women.




















Another special thing

A soft-boiled egg and Cha-shu(pork) are very good.
A soft-boiled egg is added soy sauce to taste and it doesn’t smell of pigs.


















It is reasonable, but Ramen should be limited to 100.
Making soup requires a great deal of care with long time.
So sales are limited by 100 a day.
It may be closed early on the weekends.
